The Waconia Brewing Company will initially produce four different styles of beer: a hoppy IPA, a dark ale, a pale ale, a wheat beer, and a number of seasonal and specialty beers. These products will be distributed in kegs to licensed retail outlets. The products of the Waconia Brewing Company will be wholesaled to premium pubs, taverns and restaurants in the city of Waconia, throughout Carver and surrounding counties, and then to the broader regional market. In addition, the Waconia Brewing Company will have its own taproom where retail customers may come to view the operation of the brewery and purchase beer by the pint. Customers will also be able to purchase flights of beer to taste what is on tap, and take home beer in growlers. The Tap Room will also sell promotional retail items such as company logo clothing and beer related glassware.
