All Saints Brewing Company is proud to continue the long brewing tradition of Westmoreland County and Western Pennsylvania. In Westmoreland County, brewing began in the 19th Century when Boniface Wimmer, a monk from Bavaria, Germany founded St. Vincent Seminary, now St. Vincent College. He brewed monastic beer in the first Benedictine monastery in the United States.
William "Stoney" Jones founded Stoney's Brewing in Smithton, PA in 1881 as Eureka Brewing Company.
Starting in 1939, The Latrobe Brewing Company made the iconic Rolling Rock brand until the company was sold in 2006 to Anheuser-Busch and the plant in Latrobe was vacated.
Greensburg Brewing Company operated under several different names, including Star Brewery, namesake of the old Red Star Brewery. The company made beer intermittently from 1880 until 1942 as Victor Brewing Company and Old Reliable Brewing.
