Wow, this is the epitome of a great local microbrewery. Very unassuming place on the side of Fairfield Ave that you'll drive right by if you're not looking for it. I really didn't have too high expectations, just wanted to pop in for a quick flight. Wow, for starters, an impressive offering for a brewery of this size with 3 IPAs and a really good stout that you'll love even if you're not a fan of stouts per say. You have to chat with Tara, she's great. Definitely hit this spot up!

Great local brew pub. Tried several different beers and they were all really good. Picked up two growlers. The bartenders were informative and attentive

They basically just seem bothered by your presence. Even by sitting quietly playing mini jenga, they act like you’re a bother. Very very weird vibe. Stout is mediocre. Empirical is decent. Definitely won’t revisit. There are numberous other places with better beer and service to visit.

We had a wonderful time at the Brew Lab last night for a friend's 40th birthday party. Intimate atmosphere, yet plenty of room; delicious beer/other beverages; great service; and more. The owners live near us and truly *pour their heart and soul* into delivering the best experience - and delicious beer - for all kinds of people.
