4.To create world-class authentic, true-to-style fresh beer in an environmentally efficient, low impact brewery thus reducing water usage per barrel brewed and lowering brewery dumpster waste and trash overall.Â
5.To serve only pasture-raised beef. Â We will close before serving corn fed beef.
6.To support the community which supports the restaurant and to support other local, independent businesses.
7.To share our love of artisan food through brand extensions and off-premises sales of our goods.
