We’re proud of our roots at Cascade Lakes Brewing Co. Founded in 1994, we are among the pioneering Central Oregon breweries that helped put this beer-crazy region on the map and we are now the first and only not-for-profit brewery in Central Oregon. Locally owned and operated by Bend’s Rhine family we carry on our original vision of real adventure, good times, and top-quality craft beverages while also embracing our own evolution.
Today, Cascade Lakes is a bold, genuine, and innovative brewing and eatery company that remains true to our deep local roots. Our beers are made with care, craftsmanship, and without shortcuts — whether served at one of our two area pubs or purchased in stores across six states (WA, OR, CA, ID, MT, and NV). And our commitment to quality does not end when the glass is empty.
We’ve grown a bit since our earliest days, but we’ve held on to the small-town character that has made us who we are. Here, our pubs bring the community together and foster connections. Our guests can always count on a friendly smile and a wave: whether enjoying a pint at our original 7th Street Pub in Redmond, or grabbing a seasonal brew and some wings at the Bend Brewpub after a day at Mt.
