The tasting room boasts 24 tap handles, all of which will be pouring beer, cider, mead, and soda produced on premises. New products will be released every week with a constantly rotating production schedule thanks to 12 fermenters and our barrel aging and sour blending program, which will allow for small batch bottle releases sold exclusively in the tap room.
Founded by Jared, Chuck, and Doug Barnes, the location features a modern setting complete with a 7 barrel brewhouse, 1 barrel pilot system, and a minimalistic style kitchen in the tasting room.
Jared Barnes, head brewer, was born and raised in York. After attending the Siebel Institute Master Brewers Course and finishing his education at Doemens Academy in Munich Germany for Brewing Technology, Jared began his brewing career at Southern Tier Brewing Company in New York. He has since lead brewing operations at Darwin Brewing Company in Florida, Mispillion River Brewing in Delaware, and most recently was the head brewer at Wyndridge Farms in Dallastown, PA until May of 2015. His beers have won awards at both World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival, as well as Best Florida Beer Championships and Delaware State Championship.
