DryHop Brewers is a brewery and kitchen. Our craft beers are only available here in Lakeview, Chicago. And, yes, we do tend to focus on hop-centric ales. Every dish that comes from our kitchen is inspired by the craft beer we brew and designed to mirror the artisanal, neighborhood attitude of the brewery.
Hanging out at DryHop is all about being in a brewery; feeling connected to the craft brewing and culinary worlds; and most importantly, feeling a personal connection to a community of craftsman. You'll soon discover the absolute perfection of drinking a craft beer at the source.
You can also take our beer home to share or keep it for yourself (we won't tell). How? Through handy little beer-carriers called Growlers.
