We are a collaboration of makers.  Beer & science guy Jason owned a home brew shop.  Brewers Scott & Michael were the managers.  They met restaurant guy Rob who was looking to open a local spot.  We all came together to LET IT POUR as Falling Sky Brewing in January 2012.  We opened the Pour House Delicatessen in July 2013. The outpouring has been amazing! On behalf of all of us + Lead Brewer Scott S, Fermentation Guru Scott T, GM Nina, Head Baker Roger, Sous Chef Nate, Executive Chef Brandon and all our amazing staff...  LET IT POUR!

We have tried to consider every element of our spaces.  Our friends, Glenn Wilcox & Anca Trandafirescu, former U of O Architecture Profs, currently University of Michigan Profs, designed our tables and designed and many of our light fixtures.  The Delicatessen features tables that are made from one contiguous 110 ft cut down the middle of a local Doug Fir tree that we had cut and kiln fried for 3 months, see below.

Glenn & Anca made lights above the table with hand molded carbon fiber.  From this project they created their own- which was featured on the cover of Architecture's most  prestigious magazine (click the magazine cover for the article)
