Welcome to Hillenbrand Farmhaus Brewery. Nestled in Newcastle CA, within the Sierra Nevada foothills, we are a small brewery and are delighted to serve amazing hand-crafted beers and host a variety of family-friendly activities. We started to build in 2016 and are now fully open for service.
