KoholÄ Brewery is a place for people to enjoy and appreciate craft beer, as an extraordinary beverage; a place where the art of brewing is respected. KoholÄ is the Hawaiian word for whale. The brewery is named after the thousands of humpback whales that migrate to Maui waters every year.
