We are Alex and Tim O'Meara: local brothers, born and raised in Lake County, craft brewers, and Pub Grub connoisseurs. What is Pub Grub? To put it simply - it's uncomplicated, delicious food that aims to compliment your beer rather than overshadow it! Picture a fresh craft ale - let's say a cold, citrusy BottleRock Blonde Ale, and a basket of crispy shoestring garlic fries to go with it.
