In 2014, part of our local conversations led to a unique collaboration with one of the world’s most awarded wineries, St. James Winery. While collaboration is alive and well in craft beer, most are done from a distance and on a short-term basis. Our collaboration is a long-term partnership where customers have a place to experience beer and wine production on a fermentation campus where they can taste beer, wine, cider, eat great food pairings, and enjoy the endless possibilities of new flavors in a gorgeous restaurant and gardens.
