Offensively Delicious? Yes, that's what our beer is. Always creative and always packed with flavor. This is beer for those who do the don'ts and don't the dos, the Renegades. We don't care about traditional styles, or following the trends, we care about making f'ing delicious beer that we are proud to serve.
The O'Connells had been admirers of craft beer for years, so one year for Christmas Khara purchased a home brew set for Brian, thinking that it might be a fun hobby. This little hobby soon became a favorite past-time and the easy brew kits developed into recipe creation and schemes for bigger home brew systems.
It was when Brian blew off a statistical analysis seminar he was supposed to attend in D.C. to drive three hours to the Dogfish Head brewpub that he realized he had to pursue a career in the beer industry. The effects weren't immediate, but like the moment when yeast meets fermentable sugars, something started moving.
For years Brian and Khara moved around the country for education and careers but in 2008 their journey took them to Denver for work. When they settled into the beery city, it became clear that this was where they were to pursue their hoppy dreams.
