About Us:
Sequoia Brewing Company has been a part of Fresno since it purchased Butterfield Brewing (est. 1989) in 2000. The company started with award-winning Brewmaster Kevin Cox as the heart and soul behind all things beer. When Kevin wanted to start his own beer venture, Brewmaster Andrew Ford was brought in, and has been the face of all Sequoia’s delicious craft brews since. When Jeremy Smith and his wife Allison bought Sequoia Brewing Company from Scott and Michele Kendall in 2020, they knew how important keeping this local business alive would be for generations to come because people want nothing more than quality food made right here at home! With assorted beers on tap, live music, and a cozy atmosphere, we offer award-winning ales and lagers, great food, a full bar with a patio (North & Tower), and live performances by local bands (North & Tower)!
With strong influences from the Sequoia National Forrest, we try to incorporate as much of our beautiful backyard into all 3 of our locations.
