The Brewery
Boasting many medals and awards from beer competitions and festivals such as the Great American Beer Festival the brewery is pride and joy of our restaurant. Led by our brewer Thomas Daly, the brewery offers many true classically styled lagers, a large variety of seasonals and many experimental originals. The Bar
The bar has been evolving at a record pace. By embracing the growing cocktail movement in America we have been diligently working to be at the forefront of the mixology mindset. We start by completing our daily juice pars which include lemon, lime, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. We also employ infusions, house made bitters and homemade teas. During the off season we travel the world looking for new flavors and techniques to bring back to our little paradise. Smuggler's.
