Utilizing a love of science, and a lot of patience, Speciation merely guides the process of fermentation and aging their beers and wines. Speciation’s beverages are a product of natural yeast and bacteria, along with individual attention for each release. Because of these variations in nature, along with the joy of experimentation, every release is unique, informed by the past while looking towards the future. Speciation is a family-owned company, founded by Mitch and Whitney Ermatinger in 2016.
