Three Forks Bakery and Brewing Company

Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co is a friendly, small-town restaurant where visitors and locals come for delicious, homemade food made from the highest quality, local, and organic ingredients. Our well-balanced and tasty beer is brewed right here. A wood-fired pizza oven cooks our thin-crust sourdough pizzas to perfection. All of our pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies are baked here from organic flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Pizza sauce, jam, mustard and other accoutrements are also made here. We're so serious about the scratch thing that we even make some of our own charcuterie and cheese.

Nevada County has an abundance of farms run by talented people, so if we can get an ingredient from here, we do. What we can't get locally, we get regionally. Please take a look here at a list of some of the farms we work with. 

In addition to our commitment to using fresh, organic and local ingredients we strive to be as close to zero waste as possible.  Our coffee grounds, food waste and spent beer grain are all used by local farmers to feed their animals.  In addition, buying in bulk and making food from scratch means that we have far less waste than most restaurants.  We aim to take care of the place we call home by being light on the land, keeping money in our local economy and treating our customers with care and respect.
